Can't miss at Norms for breakfast, porterhouse steak and eggs, my go to , fast friendly service.

We went to celebrate my grandpas birthday! He wanted Norms, so Norms it was! We were greated by a friendly smile when our party of 12 walked in! He quickly got tables together and had us seated in no time at all! Paul was amazing! He was very friendly ,quick and helpful! He took our drink order asked if we would like appetizers and had it all out quickly and correctly! He answered any questions regarding the menu and food and was joking having a great time with us! Our cups were never empty and food came out great! He brought us boxes and even packed our grandfather's cheese cake to go! What topped it off was that he took the time to sing happy birthday with us! He offered to take our group photo. These things may seem small but they really make the experience better . Paul you are a rockstar and we will visit again in hopes to see you and because you are there!

Food was cooked well: crispy bacon and hash brown's and fluffy pan cakes. Service was great hostess greated us with a smile, server was attentive and manager asked how our meal was

Matt the waiter at norms is AMAZING! He is best. Always checking to see if we are good on drinks asking if food is good. He has been our waiter a couple times before and he has always done a great job! Thank you MATT!

Service was great, Good attitude from our server Carlos. Came back multiple times to check if we needed anything else. Not many places have servers like him nowadays.. very satisfied

A VERY PLEASANT EXPERIENCE! The lady who served my Dad and I was super polite and friendly. She never rushed us. I ordered an omelette, hash browns, and two hotcakes and my was it GOOD! I definitely recommend trying the hotcakes, I'm typically a waffle guy but these fellas tasted amazing and were so fluffy. Oh and apparently Norms has amazing salsa, I tried it this time around and loved it! Next time, I want to try their Boba drinks, they're a fun new addition to the menu! The food came out quickly, I definitely appreciated that as I was on the road for a while before stopping by. This is definitely a more modern Norms and it feels very grand in here. I saw a lot of tables and booths, they even have outdoor seating! Norms is a great place for groups of any size. The restaurant was very clean from head to toe and I didn't have to wait in line for anything! Payments are made up at the front register when you're ready to leave. Note: This Norms is right off the 10 Freeway in Claremont, there's plenty of parking space!

Eggs Benedicts with a Mexican twist are really good. Service was courteous and prompt.

It had been a hot minute since I went to Norms since all the ones in my area closed down so scumbags could build luxury apartments nobody can afford to rent Anyways I went to a concert and was in the mood for some late night eats and found my way to this norms and it was better than expected. I fully expected a wait and got exactly that. It was midnight after all and the benches up front have a lot of cushion so that's a win. The ambiance is diner which again perfect. Odd artwork and kinda feels like the Brady Bunch Staff was super friendly Also may I just say how happy the Habenero Jalapeno burger made me? Nothing is ever spicy enough for me, but this came close. Not for those who can't handle some heat and on top of that it was a great freaking burger. Thank you Norms

I went there for dinner after 8:00pm on Thursday and wasn't too busy and was seated right away. It was pretty good experience. I ordered decaffeinated coffee and the classic sirloin combo (steak well), server was good and attentive. I keep forgetting the steak lately is cut thinner than in photos and chicken strips were tough. I'll remember not to order it again since also it's pricey!
